Webshop software
Woocommerce
Our webstore is developed with software from WooCommerce, we have chosen Vimexx for our webhosting. Personal data that you make available to us for our services will be shared with this party. Vimexx has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Vimexx is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.

Webhosting
Vimexx
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Vimexx. Vimexx processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Vimexx has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal information. Vimexx is obliged to maintain confidentiality pursuant to the agreement.
Vimexx
We use the services of Vimexx for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Vimexx does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our email traffic as confidential.
Payment processors
Mollie
For handling (part of) the payments in our webshop we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. All of the above guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than permitted by law.
Reviews
Woocommerce
We collect reviews through the platform of WooCommerce. If you leave a review through WooCommerce you are required to provide your name, place of residence and email address. WooCommerce shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WooCommerce also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases WooCommerce may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review we will share your name and email address with WooCommerce. If you place an order with us it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence information with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the purpose of carrying out the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your details available to these parties.
DHL
If you place an order with us it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence information with DHL. DHL uses this information only for the purpose of carrying out the agreement. We sell (a part of) our articles via the platform of Amazon. If you place an order via this platform, Amazon shares your order and personal data with us. We sell (a part of) our articles via the platform of eBay. If you place an order via this platform, eBay shares your order and personal data with us. We use this information to process your order. Purpose of data processing
We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you – other than at your request – at a later time, we ask your explicit consent. Retention period
We keep your data as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also take this as a forgetting request. Pursuant to applicable administrative obligations, we are required to keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period runs. Employees, however, no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.

You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days.
